研究目的：

单一髂筋膜间隙阻滞对比髂筋膜间隙阻滞复合髂腹股沟神经及髂腹下神经阻滞，对全髋置换手术的镇痛效果的影响，尝试探索更加低风险、微创、镇痛效果更加明确的新型神经阻滞方法。  

Objectives of Study：

Only fascia iliaca compartment block versus fascia iliaca compartment block combined with ilioinguinal-iliohypogastric nerve block for pain control after total hip replacement to explore a new nerve block method with lower risk, minimally invasive and more definite analgesic effect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

选择髋部闭合性骨折择期行全髋置换手术患者90例，性别不限，ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级，年龄45-75岁，体重指数（BMI）20-29kg/㎡。签署知情同意书患者必须有能力理解并愿意参加本研究，同时签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

90 patients with closed hip fractures who underwent total hip replacement surgery were selected, regardless of gender, ASA grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ, age 45-75 years, body mass index (BMI) 20-29 kg/㎡.
The informed consent of patients must be able to understand and are willing to participate in this study, and informed consent.

排除标准：

合并严重心肺功能及肝肾功能障碍、对罗哌卡因等局麻药过敏、穿刺部位感染、凝血功能障碍、 精神障碍、神经病理性疼痛或慢性疼痛、有其他神经阻滞禁忌症、拒绝实施区域阻滞或者不能配合疼痛评估者。

Exclusion criteria：

Severe cardiopulmonary and liver and kidney dysfunction, allergy to local anesthetics such as ropivacaine, puncture site infections, coagulopathy, mental disorders, neuropathic pain or chronic pain, other nerve blocks-related contraindications, refusing to accept regional block or other patients unable to cooperate treatment.
