研究目的：

探究肺动脉高压的中医证候特征，并分析不同类型肺动脉高压的中医证候分布差异。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the characteristics of TCM syndrome of pulmonary hypertension, and analyze the differences of TCM syndrome of different types of pulmonary hypertension.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18周岁，性别不限； 2.符合肺动脉高压诊断标准，超声心动图测肺动脉收缩压≥40mmHg； 3.意识清楚，可用言辞表达，有阅读能力，与调查人员沟通无障碍； 4.对研究目的和内容知情同意，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age≥18 years old, gender is not limited. 2. Meets the diagnostic standard of pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary artery systolic pressure measured by echocardiography ≥ 40mmHg. 3. Patients with clear consciousness, ability to express and read, and no difficulty in communicating with the investigator. 4. Patients give informed consent to the purpose and content of the study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并慢性心衰急性加重、慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重者； 2.合并急性冠脉综合征、恶性心律失常、恶性肿瘤、血液病等严重疾病者； 3.神志异常、不能正常交流或其他原因难以准确获取病情资料者； 4.拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure, acute exacerbation of COPD. 2. Patients with acute coronary syndrome, malignant arrhythmia, malignant neoplasm, hematologic diseases and other serious diseases. 3. Patients with abnormal mental state, inability to communicate normally, or other reasons which make it difficult to accurately obtain information about their condition. 4. Patients who refuse to sign informed consent.
