研究目的：

本课题通过观察围术期应用右美托咪定对老年髋关节骨折患者血流动力学、认知状况、术后并发症、生存率的影响，分析右美托咪定的应用是否能改善髋关节骨折的老年人中长远的转归。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study will be to investigate the effects of perioperative application of dexmedetomidine on hemodynamics, cognitive status, postoperative complications and survival rate of elderly patients with hip fracture; to observe whether the application of dexmedetomidine can improve the long-term outcome of these elderly patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

ASA分级2-3，择期椎管内麻醉下行髋关节骨折手术的老年患者（65-85岁）

Inclusion criteria

adult patients (65-85 y old), with American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status II or III, who will be scheduled for elective hip fracture operation under intraspinal anesthesia

排除标准：

术前一周有激素应用史，有急性感染征象，有免疫系统、神经系统及精神疾病史，有结核、肝炎等传染性疾病

Exclusion criteria：

history of hormone use within week before surgery, signs of acute infection, history of immune system, nervous system and mental illness, tuberculosis, hepatitis and other infectious diseases
