研究目的：

1.描绘AECOPD继发真菌感染人群的微生物组学、代谢组学和宿主转录组学特征。 2.结合多组学和临床特征，探索预测AECOPD+继发真菌感染患者死亡结局的生物标志物并构建预测模型。 3.基于多组学分析，确立AECOPD继发真菌感染患者气道微生物-代谢物-宿主相互作用分子机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Describe the microbiome, metabolomics, and host transcriptome characteristics of the population with secondary fungal infections in AECOPD. 2. Combining multiple omics and clinical features, explore biomarkers for predicting the mortality outcome of AECOPD secondary fungal infection patients and construct a prediction model. 3. Based on multi omics analysis, establish the molecular mechanism of airway microbiota metabolite host interaction in AECOPD patients with secondary fungal infection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)同意并签署知情同意书、对研究内容、过程及可能出现的不良反应充分了解； (2)年龄≥40岁，性别不限； (3)AECOPD患者符合慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重诊治中国专家共识； (4)曲霉感染患者符合IDSA 2020指南诊断标准； (5)支气管-肺念珠菌感染符合《中国成人念珠菌病诊断和治疗专家共识》诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Agree and sign an informed consent form, fully understand the research content, process, and potential adverse reactions; (2) Age ≥ 40 years old, regardless of gender; (3) AECOPD patients meet the consensus of Chinese experts in the diagnosis and treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; (4) Patients with Aspergillus infection meet the diagnostic criteria of IDSA 2020 guidelines; (5) Broncho-pulmonary candidiasis meets the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Adult Candidiasis.

排除标准：

(1)预后不良，预计生存期少于24小时； (2)孕妇、哺乳期妇女； (3)合并自身免疫性疾病； (4)入院前2周内使用口服糖皮质激素或免疫抑制剂； (5)合并粒细胞缺如； (6)入院前2周内未使用抗真菌药物； (7)活动性肺结核； (8)合并血液系统或肺部恶性肿瘤； (9)合并支气管哮喘； (10)合并严重心、肝、肾功能不全； (11)入组后再次COPD急性发作： (12)拒绝进入该项研究，无法获取BALF、痰液等相应样本的患者; (13)参加其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Poor prognosis with an estimated survival time of less than 24 hours; (2) Pregnant and lactating women; (3) Concomitant autoimmune diseases; (4) Use oral corticosteroids or immunosuppressants within 2 weeks prior to admission; (5) Concomitant lack of granulocytes; (6) No use of antifungal drugs within 2 weeks prior to admission; (7) Active pulmonary tuberculosis; (8) Concomitant malignant tumors of the blood system or lungs; (9) Concomitant bronchial asthma; (10) Concomitant severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction; (11) Acute exacerbation of COPD after enrollment: (12) Patients who refuse to enter the study and are unable to obtain corresponding samples such as BALF and sputum; (13) Participate in other clinical trials.
