Objectives of Study：

To reveal the risk factors and intervention targets related to chronic noncommunicable diseases and explore the effect of different risk factors on the occurrence and development of chronic diseases, so as to provide scientific basis for the comprehensive prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.

纳入标准：

1、年龄在18岁及以上； 2、定期参与体检，拥有完整的体检记录； 3、签署知情同意书，依从性好，配合随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Individual aged 18 years and above; 2. Participants who have regular physical examinations at the health examination center of the Department of Geriatrics of Tianjin Medical University General Hospital with complete data; 3. Signed informed consent, good compliance, cooperate with follow-up;

排除标准：

1、主要基础资料缺失； 2、有严重的视觉、听觉或语言交流障碍者； 3、拒绝参与者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Baseline data missing; 2.Participants with severe visual, auditory or speech communication impairments; 3.Participants who refuse to participate in the study;
