探讨DPE技术在老年患者髋部手术中麻醉的有效性和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy and safety of DPE technique in the anesthesia for elderly patients undergoing hip surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.临床或影像学诊断为股骨颈骨折、股骨粗隆间骨折、股骨转子间骨折；2.计划进行手术；3.年龄介于65~85岁的成年患者；4.ASAⅠ~Ⅲ级，无严重重要脏器功能障碍。

Inclusion criteria

1. The clinical or imaging diagnosis was femoral neck fracture, intertrochanteric fracture, and intertrochanteric fracture; 2. Plan surgery; 3. Patients aged 65-85 years; 4.ASAⅠ~Ⅲ, no serious major organ dysfunction.

排除标准：

1.有椎管内麻醉禁忌症，如中枢系统疾病、脊柱畸形及外伤、脊柱结核及肿瘤、休克、败血症、穿刺部位皮肤感染、凝血功能障碍、精神病、严重神经官能症等不能合作的患者等；2.拒绝椎管内麻醉的患者；3.经麻醉医生或手术医生评估，不适合纳入的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Contraindications to intraspinal anesthesia, such as central system diseases, spinal malformations and injuries, spinal tuberculosis and tumors, shock, sepsis, skin infection at the puncture site, coagulation dysfunction, psychosis, severe neurosis and other patients who cannot cooperate;2.Refusal to receive intraspinal anesthesia;3.Patients who have been assessed by an anesthesiologist or surgeon as unsuitable for inclusion.
