本研究通过横断面调查，全面评估住院患者陪护的睡眠质量，并探讨可能影响睡眠质量的因素。  

Objectives of Study：

This study comprehensively evaluates the sleep quality of companions of inpatients through a cross-sectional survey and explores possible factors that may affect sleep quality.

纳入标准：

纳入标准：（1）陪护人员住院陪护≥3天；（2）完成调查问题的完成率超过 95%。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) companions of inpatients were hospitalised for ≥3 days; and (2) the completion rate of completed survey questions exceeded 95%.

排除标准：

排除标准：（1）同意参与匿名问卷调查（2）因身体或其他原因不能正常进行语言交流者(如严重失语、严重听力或视力障碍）。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: (1) those who agreed to participate in the anonymous questionnaire (2) those who were unable to communicate normally verbally for physical or other reasons (e.g., severe aphasia, severe hearing or visual impairment).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受访者的原始调查问卷记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入excel表。录入采用双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The researcher loaded the data into the excel sheet in a timely, complete, correct and clear manner based on the original questionnaire records of the respondents. The entry was done by two persons on two machines and after that the database was compared twice.
