明确基于MRI的三维重建导航技术在藏毛窦诊治中的临床效果，值得临床推广  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the clinical effect of 3D reconstruction navigation technology based on MRI in the diagnosis and treatment of Pilonidal sinus, worthy of clinical promotion

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1 所有患者均符合藏毛窦的诊断标准， 2 无肛门直肠手术史和肛门形态和功能异常， 3 均签署知情同意书， 4 年龄18-75岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. All patients were in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of Pilonidal sinus, 2. No history of anorectal surgery and abnormal anal shape and function, 3. All signed informed consent, 4. Aged 18-75 years old.

排除标准：

1 合并痔疮、肛瘘、肛周脓肿、肛裂及直肠恶性肿瘤等疾病； 2 合并呼吸、循环，消化系统疾病及神经系统功能障碍者； 3 肛管直肠脱垂； 4 妊娠期或哺乳期或月经期的妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Concomitant diseases such as hemorrhoids, anal fistula, perianal abscess, anal fissure, and rectal malignant tumors; 2. Patients with combined respiratory, circulatory, digestive system diseases, and neurological dysfunction; 3. Anorectal prolapse; 4. Women during pregnancy, lactation, or menstruation.
