本研究旨在通过一项随机对照试验，在体力活动不足的中国大学生中评估使用社会规范促进体力活动的效果  

Objectives of Study：

The present study is aimed at evaluating efficacy of social norm interventions to promote physical activity among physically inactive college students in China using a randomized controlled trial.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、 在参与研究的大学就读的研究生； 2、 年龄18周岁及以上 3、 体力活动不足 4、 已启用微信运动

Inclusion criteria

(1) current graduate students in China, (2) those whose physical activity level being classified as physical inactivity according to the WHO guidelines, (3) adults aged 18 or above, and (4) having enabled Werun.

排除标准：

在体力活动适应能力问卷的任意一题中回答“是”；怀孕或产后妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

those who answer YES to any questions in The Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, and (2) pregnant and postpartum women.

Each message containing information including (1) students’ own behaviors (e.g. not achieving the WHO guidelines), (2) students’ descriptive norm perceptions (e.g. perceived proportions of referents’ who achieve the WHO guidelines), and (3) actual descriptive norms (e.g. actual proportions of referents’ who achieve the WHO guidelines), will be delivered twice via text message. There will be eight text messages delivered within a week.
