研究目的：

获得药食同源酵素治疗湿性体质代谢异常临界人群的初步疗效和安全性数据，为大样本量的整群随机对照试验提供临床基础及样本量估算依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To accuqire the preliminary efficacy and safety data of Chinese Medicine fermentation liquor therapy for population of early-stage metabolic diseases in damp constitution, so to peovide clinical foundation and sample size estimation basis for large sample clinical randomized controlled trial.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①18-80 周岁； ②体质判定为痰湿质或湿热质者及符合代谢异常诊断者； ③愿意接受药食同源类酵素干预； ④愿意接受体质调养方案建议及承诺执行； ⑤签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged between 18-80 years; 2. Patients who meet the diagnosis of metabolic abnormalities in damp constitution; 3. Patients who accept the Chinese Medicine fermentation liquor therapy; 4. Patients who accept the clinical recommendation; 5. Patients who sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①准备怀孕或孕期或哺乳期的人群； ②精神类疾病； ③各类疾病急性发作期； ④处于治疗期内的罹患心脑血管疾病等重大慢性疾病患者； ⑤过去30天内参加过其它药物临床试验者； ⑥不能接受研究方案治疗和随访措施者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Preparing for pregnancy, pregnancy, or lactation population; 2. Mental disorders; 3. Acute attack period of various diseases; 4. Patients with major chronic diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases during the treatment period 5. Patients who have participated in clinical trials of other drugs within the past 30 days; 6. Patients who cannot accept the treatment and follow-up measures.
