研究目的:

颌骨囊性肿物包括根尖囊肿、牙源性角化囊肿、成釉细胞瘤等,是临床最常见的颌面外科疾病之一,外科刮治是其最常见的治疗方法。目前针对刮治后骨空腔愈合过程认识仍然有限,对于空腔愈合不佳的患者预判能力不够,针对哪些患者需要术后辅助骨生长干预尚待研究。 本研究通过分析我院患者术后即刻及后续随访期内影像学资料,利用数字化软件对于骨缺损进行三维重建,分析随访期内骨空腔体积及正常骨体积变化,分析空腔愈合量及愈合方式,寻找影响骨愈合的因素。利用QCT软件分析骨空腔愈合过程中的新生骨骨密度,同未受累部分颌骨对比,展示愈合过程中的骨密度变化及其可能影响因素。 此研究多角度分析骨空腔愈合过程,明确影响因素,为临床医生预后评估提供理论支撑,为后续干预措施的提出奠定理论基础。  

Objectives of Study:

Maxillary cystic lesions, such as periapical cysts, odontogenic keratocysts, and ameloblastomas, are among the most common maxillofacial surgical diseases. Curettage is the most commonly used treatment method for these conditions. Currently, our understanding of the healing process of bone cavities after curettage is limited. The ability to predict poor healing of cavities in patients is also limited, and further research is needed to determine which patients require postoperative adjunctive bone growth interventions. In this study, we analyzed imaging data from our hospital's patients immediately after surgery and during follow-up visits. We utilized digital software to perform three-dimensional reconstruction of bone defects and analyzed changes in cavity volume and normal bone volume during the follow-up period. We also examined cavity healing quantity and methods while identifying factors that influence bone healing. Additionally, we used QCT software to analyze new bone density during the cavity healing process compared with unaffected parts of the jawbone. This analysis demonstrated changes in bone density throughout the healing process and identified potential influencing factors. This multidimensional analysis of cavity healing provides a clear understanding of influencing factors and offers theoretical support for prognosis assessment by clinical practitioners. It also establishes a theoretical foundation for proposing subsequent intervention measures.

纳入标准:

有术后即刻螺旋CT留底资料; 有至少一次随访期内螺旋CT资料;

Inclusion criteria

Immediate postoperative spiral CT retention data; Spiral CT data during at least one follow-up period;

排除标准:

术中进行植骨等操作人为干预愈合过程者; 患者年龄小于12岁,乳恒牙影响重叠分析受限者。

Exclusion criteria:

Patients with artificial intervention in the healing process, such as bone grafting, during surgery; Patients under 10 years old, limited by overlapping analysis of primary and permanent teeth.
