研究目的：

糖尿病足溃疡的患者在接受植皮术前需进行充分的创面床准备，以提高植皮的成活率。本研究的目的是比较封闭负压引流技术和传统湿性敷料在糖尿病足溃疡的植皮术前创面床准备方面的效果，并研究相应的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The study objective was to compare the efficacy of NPWT versus alginates dressings on the wound bed preparation prior to STSG surgery, as well as investigating the underlying mechanisms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合诊断标准的糖尿病足溃疡患者；
2. 年龄在20～80岁之间；
3. 糖尿病足溃疡Wagner分级为 2-3级，病程超过2周；
4. 踝肱指数(ABI)为0.5-0.9；
5. 糖尿病足溃疡的创面面积为8-20cm2。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with diabetes foot ulcer who meet the diagnostic criteria;
2. The age is between 20 and 80 years old;
3. diabetes foot ulcer, Wagner's grade is 2-3, and the course of disease is more than 2 weeks;
4. Ankle-brachial index (ABI) is 0.5-0.9;
5. The wound area of diabetes foot ulcer is 8-20cm2.

排除标准：

1. 不能配合完成随访；
2. 妊娠和哺乳期妇女；
3. 其他原因（非糖尿病）导致的足部溃疡；
4. 器官功能衰竭（心脏功能衰竭，呼吸功能衰竭，肝脏功能衰竭，肾功能损伤或肠道功能衰竭）；恶性肿瘤及血液病患者；
5.患有外周血管疾病或自身免疫性疾病（类风湿性关节炎，强直性脊柱炎，系统性红斑狼疮，干燥综合征，结缔组织病，系统性血管炎）的患者；
6.在近1个月内接受过局部生长因子治疗或高压氧治疗的患者；
7. 合并严重的内科疾病，或近6个月内使用过皮质类固醇、免疫抑制剂或化疗药物；
8. 研究者认为不适合入组的其它情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unable to cooperate to complete the follow-up;
2. Pregnant and lactating women;
3. Foot ulcer caused by other reasons (non diabetes);
4. Organ failure (heart failure, respiratory failure, liver failure, renal damage or intestinal failure); Patients with malignant tumors and hematological diseases;
5. Patients with peripheral vascular diseases or autoimmune diseases (rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren's syndrome, connective tissue disease, systemic vasculitis);
6. Patients who have received local growth factor therapy or hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the past month;
7. Complicated with serious medical diseases, or used corticosteroids, immunosuppressants or chemotherapy drugs in the past 6 months;
8. Other conditions that the researcher thinks are not suitable for enrollment.
