研究目的：

探讨湘潭市慢性精神分裂症患者伴代谢异常情况及危险因素分析，为精神分裂症患者预防和改善代谢综合征提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the metabolic abnormalities and risk factors of chronic schizophrenia patients in Xiangtan City, and to provide evidence for prevention and improvement of metabolic syndrome in schizophrenia patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥18 岁； 2. 精神分裂症诊断由经验丰富的精神科医师根据 ICD-10 诊断患有精神分裂症。 代谢综合征诊断标准根据 2017 年中国糖尿病防治指南[15]中有关代谢综合征的诊断建议： 2.1：腹型肥胖：腰围男性≥90cm，女性≥85cm； 2.2：血压≥135/85mmHg；或虽然血压＜135/85mmHg，但有高血压病； 2.3.空腹血糖≥6.1mmol/L 或餐后 2 小时血糖≥7.8mmol/L 或已确诊为糖尿病并治疗者； 2.4：空腹血清甘油三酯＞1.7mmol/L； 2.5：空腹高密度脂蛋白＜1.04mmol/L。 以上五条中满足三条及以上即可诊断患有代谢综合征。 3.且连续住院时间超过6个月。 4.能够准确理解问卷内容，并能根据实际情况做出回答； 5.自愿参加且签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥18 years old; 2. Diagnosis of schizophrenia Diagnosed by an experienced psychiatrist based on ICD-10. Diagnostic criteria for metabolic syndrome According to the diagnostic recommendations on metabolic syndrome in the 2017 Chinese Diabetes Prevention and Treatment Guidelines [15] : 2.1: Abdominal obesity: waist circumference of male ≥90cm, female ≥85cm; 2.2: Blood pressure ≥135/85mmHg; Or have hypertension despite blood pressure < 135/85mmHg; 2.3. Fasting blood glucose ≥6.1mmol/L or blood glucose ≥7.8mmol/L 2 hours after meals, or have been diagnosed with diabetes and treated; 2.4: Fasting serum triglyceride > 1.7mmol/L; 2.5: Fasting high-density lipoprotein < 1.04mmol/L. Three or more of the above five criteria can be diagnosed with metabolic syndrome. 3. And the continuous hospital stay is more than 6 months. 4. Able to accurately understand the content of the questionnaire and give answers according to the actual situation; 5. Participate voluntarily and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1．酒精、药物滥用及依赖； 2．严重的其他躯体疾病、传染病； 3．症状发作期无法合作； 4．肢体残疾影响日常活动； 5. 其他精神疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Alcohol, drug abuse and dependence; 2. Other serious physical diseases and infectious diseases; 3. Inability to cooperate during symptom onset; 4. Physical disability affecting daily activities; 5. Other mental illnesses.
