研究目的：

（1）确认兰茂牛肝菌毒性成分并构建其质谱分析方法。 （2）评价《野生蕈中毒神经精神症状病情评价量表》在评估兰茂牛肝菌中毒患者的病情严重程度的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Identify the toxic components of Lanmaoa asiatica and establish a mass spectrometry method for its analysis. (2) To evaluate the value of the < Wild Mushroom Poisoning Neuropsychiatric Symptoms Evaluation Scale > in evaluating the severity of disease in patients with Lanmaoa asiatica poisoning.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）明确有食用兰茂牛肝菌病史的病例（图片识别）； 2）经《中国蘑菇中毒诊治临床专家共识（2019年）》 [1]标准诊断明确的兰茂牛肝菌中毒的病例； 3）均为中毒后初诊本院及其他其他中心的病例； 4) 愿意接受代谢组学分析标本采样并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Clear case history of consumption of Lanmaoa asiatica (picture identification); 2) Cases of Lanmaoa asiatica poisoning clearly diagnosed according to the "Consensus of Clinical Experts in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Mushroom Poisoning in China (2019)" ; 3) All cases were newly diagnosed in our hospital and other centers after poisoning; 4) Be willing to accept metabolomics analysis sample sampling and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1）有终末脏器衰竭的患者； 2）既往有精神、神经疾病史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with terminal organ failure; 2) Patients with a history of mental and neurological diseases.
