Objectives of Study：

To investigate the evaluation of the efficacy of periodontal endoscopy-assisted smoothing of the cervical enamel projection on the treatment of furcation involvement

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄18-70岁；②口内天然第一、第二恒磨牙至少1颗，且颊侧釉牙骨质界无破坏；③近半年内未进行牙周治疗；3个月内口腔卫生习惯和饮食习惯均无改变；④无全身性系统性疾病：糖尿病、高血压、骨质疏松、自身免疫系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、放化疗史等影响牙周健康的疾病；⑤第一/第二恒磨牙颊侧中点牙周袋探诊深度≥4mm，探诊出血阳性且该处釉突Ⅱ/Ⅲ级者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18-70 years old; (2) At least one first, second permanent molar teeth in the mouth, and no damage to the buccal enamel-cemental junction; (3) No periodontal treatment in the past six months; no change in oral hygiene habits and dietary habits within 3 months; (4) No systemic diseases: diabetes, hypertension, osteoporosis, autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy and other diseases that affect periodontal health.(5)The probing depth of the periodontal pocket of the buccal midpoint of the first/second permanent molars is ≥4mm, and the bleeding is positive and the grade of cervical enamel projection is II./III.

排除标准：

①全口磨牙的缺失或/和被种植牙取代；②磨牙不能清晰地显示完整的颈部区域，例如由于颈部缺损或覆盖颈部的修复；③磨牙有副根管引起的根尖周病变；④就诊前3月内曾连续大剂量使用抗生素、非甾体类抗炎药、激素、免疫相关药物；就诊前短期服用抗生素后，停药未超过1周的患者；⑤妊娠期、哺乳期或计划怀孕；⑥正畸治疗史；⑦由于全身健康状况或其他因素，不能接受口腔牙周健康状况检查者；⑧吸烟（1支/天，连续超过1月）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Absence of total molars or/and replacement of total molars by dental implants; (2) molars do not clearly show the intact neck region, for example due to neck defects or repairs covering the neck; (3) periapical lesions caused by accessory root canals in molars; (4) Have used antibiotics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, hormones, and immune-related drugs in large doses in a row within 3 months before the visit; Patients who have been off antibiotics for less than 1 week after taking antibiotics for a short period of time before visiting; (5) Pregnant, lactating or planning to become pregnant; (6) history of orthodontic treatment; (7) Those who cannot undergo oral periodontal health examination due to general health status or other factors; (8) Smoking (1 cigarette/day, more than 1 month in a row).
