研究目的：

证明CGF作用于颞下颌关节炎症患者，可以改善其临床症状,促进髁突骨质修复  

Objectives of Study：

It is proved that CGF can improve the temporomandibular joint inflammation and promote the bone healing.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)由西安交通大学口腔医院同一医生根据患者病史、临床症状、关节功能、影像学检查和治疗诊断TMJOA，由同一医生进行注射;(2)自愿同意参加研究并提供知情同意书;(3)整体健康状况良好，无严重全身性疾病或精神健康问题；（4）本研究中，所有 60 例 TMJOA 患者均有单侧关节受累；（5）患者年龄为 18-50 岁。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Diagnosis of TMJOA made according to patient history, clinical symptoms, joint function and imaging examination and treatment by the same physician at the Stomatology Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University, the injection was performed by the same doctor; (2) Voluntary agreement to participate in the study and provision of a signed informed consent form; (3) Good overall condition, without serious systemic diseases or mental health conditions; (4) In this study, all 60 TMJOA patients had unilateral joint involvement. (5) The patient's age is between 18 and 50 years old.

排除标准：

(1)1个月内有关节部位注射其他药物或有创手术史;(2)严重的磨牙和明显的错牙合;(3)类风湿病;(四)有严重肺部或心脏病史的;(5)糖尿病或血糖控制不良者;(6)妊娠、哺乳期;(7)数据不完整;(8)血液离心前2周内使用过血液制品或抗血栓药物的。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) A history of injections of other drugs or invasive procedures in the joint area within 1 month; (2) Severe bruxism and obvious malocclusion; (3) Rheumatoid disease; (4) A history of severe pulmonary or heart disease; (5) Diabetes or poor blood glucose control; (6) Pregnancy or lactation; (7) Incomplete data; (8) Used blood products or antithrombotic drugs within 2 weeks before blood centrifugation.

将对照组（SH）或实验组（SH+CGF）写在不透明的密封信封中。信封随机平均分配给患者，信封交给医生A注射。B医生进行临床分析，收集数据。分组结果于治疗6个月后公布。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Write the control group (SH) or the experimental group (SH + CGF) in an opaque, sealed envelope. The envelope was randomly and equally distributed to patients, and the envelope was given to doctor A to injection it. Doctor B conducted clinical analysis and collected data. The grouping results were announced 6 months after treatment.
