研究目的：

建立儿童青少年近视流行病学研究队列，对儿童青少年眼底图像和其他近视相关环境行为因素如何影响近视发病风险这一关键科学问题展开深入的研究，为揭示儿童青少年近视发生发展机理，减少致盲和高度近视的发生提供新的研究方法。  

Objectives of Study：

This study established an epidemiological study on myopia in children and adolescents, and conducted an in-depth study on the key scientific issue of how fundus images and other myopia-related environmental behavior factors affect the risk of myopia. It provides a new research method to reveal the mechanism of myopia occurrence and development in children and adolescents and reduce the occurrence of blindness and high myopia.

纳入标准：

要求在深圳居住满6个月

Inclusion criteria

Children and adolescents who have lived in Shenzhen for at least 6 months

排除标准：

患有角膜病变、白内障、青光眼、屈光介质严重浑浊、眼球震颤无法固视者，既往存在内眼外眼手术者，未获得父母或其监护人同意者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with keratopathy, cataract, glaucoma, severe refractive media turbidity, nystagmus inability to fix vision, previous intraocular surgery, without parental or guardian consent
