本研究的主要目的是基于影像组学和不同单变量筛选方法建立老年髋部骨折术后1年髋关节功能的预后预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

The main objective of this study is to establish a prognostic prediction model for hip function one year after hip fracture surgery in the elderly based on radiomics and different univariate screening methods.

纳入标准：

纳入标准：1)年龄>65岁；2)7天内的新鲜髋部骨折；3)髋部骨折后行手术治疗的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age > 65 years; 2) Fresh hip fractures within 7 days; 3) Patients who underwent surgical treatment for hip fractures.

排除标准：

排除标准：1)病理性骨折；2)术前长期卧床的患者；3)多发性骨折；4)压疮；5)严重的基础疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pathological fractures; 2) Patients who had been bedridden for a long time before surgery; 3) Multiple fractures; 4) Pressure sores; 5) Severe underlying diseases.
