研究目的：

评估口咽益生菌干预调节医护人员(HCWs)呼吸系统微生态失调的疗效  

Objectives of Study：

Assessing the efficacy of an oropharyngeal probiotic intervention to modulate respiratory microecological dysregulation in healthcare workers (HCWs)

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.在医院全职工作的年龄在22 - 65岁之间的HCW(医生、护士和实验室技术员),以及他们年龄在3 -12岁之间的孩子，他们参加日托/学校并与HCW父母一起生活(孩子是可选的) 2.HCW夫妇或他们的孩子有反复呼吸道感染史(前一年超过3次) 3.HCW夫妇或他们的孩子有过敏性鼻炎或哮喘病史 4.HCW已签署书面知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1.HCWs (doctors, nurses and lab technicians) aged 22-65 years working full-time in a hospital, and their children aged 3-12 years who attend daycare/school and live with the HCW parent (children are optional) 2.HCW couples or their children have a history of recurrent respiratory infections (more than 3 in the previous year) 3.HCW couple or their child has a history of allergic rhinitis or asthma 4.HCW has signed written informed consent

排除标准：

1.免疫受损或免疫缺陷 2.已知对牛奶蛋白过敏 3.下呼吸道疾病史 4.慢性鼻窦炎史 5.风湿病史 6.传染病，包括麻疹、腮腺炎或风疹 7.正在发生呼吸道感染 8.研究前7天内使用抗生素 9.在过去14天内服用其他益生菌产品

Exclusion criteria：

1. Immunocompromised or immunodeficient 2. Known allergy to cow's milk proteins 3. History of lower respiratory tract disease 4. History of chronic sinusitis 5. History of rheumatic diseases 6. Infectious diseases, including measles, mumps or rubella 7. Ongoing respiratory infections 8. use of antibiotics within 7 days prior to the study 9. taking other probiotic products within the last 14 days

干预措施：

将向参与者提供30天用量的口咽益生菌(30片含片)，并指导参与者每天在睡前刷牙后服用一片含片。参与者或父母/监护人需要在幼儿吮吸含片时陪伴幼儿，直到含片完全溶解(大约4-5分钟)，并确保含片不被咀嚼或直接吞咽。他们将被告知在服用口咽益生菌后至少1-2小时内不要饮用或吞咽任何东西。

Intervention：

Participants will be provided with a 30-day supply of oropharyngeal probiotics (30 lozenges) and instructed to take one lozenge per day after brushing their teeth at bedtime. Participants or parents/guardians will be asked to stay with their toddlers while they suck on the tablets until they are completely dissolved (approximately 4-5 minutes) and to ensure that the tablets are not chewed or swallowed directly. They will be instructed not to drink or swallow anything for at least 1-2 hours after taking the oropharyngeal probiotic.
