研究目的:

为促进中西医结合改良微创技术治疗中重度拇外翻的临床推广应用,需对改良微创技术治疗中重度拇外翻近期及远期疗效及安全性进行系统评价。  

Objectives of Study:

In order to promote the clinical application of this technique, it is necessary to systematically evaluate the short-term and long-term efficacy and safety of the modified minimally invasive technique in the treatment of moderate and severe bunions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

①诊断为中重度拇外翻。 ②年龄18~80岁之间。 ③自愿接受改良微创技术或传统微创技术治疗。

Inclusion criteria

① The diagnosis was moderate to severe bunion. ② Between 18 and 80 years old. ③Voluntary treatment with modified minimally invasive techniques or traditional minimally invasive techniques.

排除标准:

①合并类风湿、硬皮病等风湿免疫类疾病、痛风、假性痛风等。 ②合并有扁平足、高弓足、内外翻足、锤状趾、爪形趾等畸形,合并跖痛症手术。 ③既往有足踝部其他手术的患者。 ④第1跖趾关节重度退变,关节活动度严重受限。 ⑤存在脊柱、髋、膝、踝关节疾患,步态异常者。 ⑥合并有脑血管病后遗症偏瘫。 ⑦足部存在感染病灶、血糖控制不佳、足部皮肤条件不良 ⑧有精神疾病或理解力障碍等疾病不能配合随访。

Exclusion criteria:

① Combined with rheumatoid, scleroderma and other rheumatic immune diseases, gout, false gout and so on. ②There are malformations such as flat foot, high arch foot, internal and external inversion foot, hammer toe, claw toe, etc., combined with metatarsal pain surgery. ③ Patients with previous foot and ankle operations. ④ The first metatarsophalangeal joint was severely degraded and the range of motion was severely limited. ⑤ There are spinal, hip, knee, ankle joint diseases, gait abnormalities. ⑥ hemiplegia with cerebrovascular sequelae. There are infection lesions in the feet, poor blood sugar control, and poor foot skin conditions ⑧ Mental illness or comprehension disorder and other diseases can not cooperate with follow-up.
