研究目的：

分析重症监护治疗病房中新型冠状病毒患者AKI的危险因素及其预后,改善患者临床轨迹。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze risk factors of AKI in patients infected with COVID-19 and prognosis in ICU.To improve patients' clinical trajectories.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.在指定时间段内入住ICU的患者；2.患者在2022.12.1-2023.1.31内住院；3.确诊为COVID-19感染的患者

Inclusion criteria

(i) patients who were admitted to the ICU during the specified time period, (ii) patients who were hospitalized between December 1, 2022, and January 31, 2023, and (iii) patients who were diagnosed with COVID-19 infection

排除标准：

1.患者COVID-19感染的诊断不明；2.患者住院时间小于3天或者主要数据缺失；3.患者既往慢性肾病史或者住院前接受过肾移植手术

Exclusion criteria：

(i) patients whose diagnosis of COVID-19 infection was unknown, (ii) patients with a hospital stay of less than 3 days and missing key data, and (iii) patients with pre-existing chronic kidney disease or those who had undergone kidney transplantation prior to their hospital admission.
