研究目的：

建立影响肾移植受者移植肾功能早期恢复的风险预测模型，观察肾移植术后各种并发症的特征以及影响肾移植受者预后的因素  

Objectives of Study：

Establish a risk prediction model that affects the early recovery of kidney function in kidney transplant recipients, observe the characteristics of various complications after kidney transplantation, and identify factors that affect the prognosis of kidney transplant recipients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、在本院行肾移植手术，并接受规律随访、 2、患者术后处方数据完整； 3、签署知情同意书； 4、男性女性均可； 5、18-70周岁

Inclusion criteria

1. Performing kidney transplantation surgery at our hospital and receiving regular follow-up 2. The patient's postoperative prescription data is complete; 3. Sign an informed consent form; 4. Both males and females are eligible;

排除标准：

1、联合多器官移植； 2、既往存在其他器官移植的病史； 3、未签署知情同意书； 4、具有任何有临床意义的感染或活动性肿瘤、感染证据（包括细菌和病毒）； 5、慢性肝病； 6、预计需要输血的患者； 7、妊娠期哺乳期女性； 8、预期寿命小于12个月； 9、研究者认为不适合入选的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined multi organ transplantation; 2. Previous medical history of other organ transplants; 3. Unsigned informed consent form; 4. Any clinically significant infection or active tumor, evidence of infection (including bacteria and viruses); 5. Chronic liver disease; 6. Patients who are expected to require blood transfusion; 7. Pregnant and lactating women; 8. The expected lifespan is less than 12 months; 9. Other situations that the researchers believe are not suitable for selection.
