Exploring the application effect and safety of continuous -pressure-monitoring- assisted ultrasound guidance technology in radial artery catheterization in elderly patients undergoing CABG

纳入标准：

1、年龄≥60岁； 2、ASA分级Ⅰ~Ⅲ级； 3、行冠状动脉旁路移植术

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥ 60 years old; 2. ASA I to III; 3. Performing coronary artery bypass grafting

排除标准：

1、穿刺部位感染； 2、凝血异常； 3、血管畸形 4、其他不适宜行桡动脉置管的情形

Exclusion criteria：

1. Infection at the puncture site; 2. Abnormal coagulation; 3. Vascular malformation 4. Other situations where radial artery catheterization is not suitable

使用随机分组网站生成从1到120随机数字，将其密封在带编号并有分组信息的不透明信封里； 受试者被随机分配（1:1）到持续压力波形监测辅助超声引导组和传统超声引导组； 一名研究者负责记录数据，另一名研究者（不知道患者分组）负责术后随访，穿刺置管操作由另外四名医生完成(四名医生随机分配患者）

Generate random numbers from 1 to 120 using a random grouping website and seal them in an opaque envelope with a number and grouping information; The subjects were randomly assigned (1:1) to the continuous pressure waveform monitoring assisted ultrasound guidance group and the traditional ultrasound guidance group; One researcher is responsible for recording data, and another researcher (not knowing patient grouping) is responsible for postoperative follow-up.
