研究目的：

1. 采集该角膜营养不良遗传家系临床信息，建立电子档案资料及DNA标本库。 2. 分析确定该角膜营养不良家系临床表型和遗传学特征 3. 进一步研究该类型角膜营养不良的发病机制 4. 对该家系中符合手术指征的病患，个性化指定手术方案，实施手术治疗，并对治疗效果进行进一步研究。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Collect clinical information of the corneal dystrophy genetic family, establish electronic archive data and DNA sample library. 2. Analyze and determine the clinical phenotype and genetic characteristics of the corneal dystrophy family 3. Further study the pathogenesis of this type of corneal dystrophy 4. Personalize the surgical plan for patients in the family who meet the surgical indications, implement surgical treatment, and further study the treatment effect.

纳入标准：

该角膜营养不良家系中可追溯到所有患病人员及正常人员

Inclusion criteria

The corneal dystrophy family can be traced back to all sick and normal individuals.

排除标准：

（1）已经死亡人员 （2）无法配合完成病史采集及手术人员

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Dead personnel in this family (2) Unable to cooperate with medical history collection and surgical personnel in this family
