研究目的：

通过4D Flow MRI技术，获取高脂血症患者头颈部动脉的各类血流动力学参数（比如脉波速度可以用以评估动脉壁的硬度），探讨血脂的升高，是否会引起血管内血流动力学的改变。  

Objectives of Study：

Through 4D Flow MRI technology, various hemodynamic parameters of the head and neck arteries in patients with hyperlipidemia (such as pulse wave velocity can be used to evaluate the stiffness of the arterial wall) were obtained, and whether the increase of blood lipids would cause intravascular hemodynamic changes was investigated.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、血清同型半胱氨酸超过正常水平；扫描当天或三天内进行血液检查。

Inclusion criteria

Triglycerides, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), serum homocysteine above normal levels; Blood tests are done on the day of the scan or within three days.

排除标准：

1）头颈部MRA提示颈动脉狭窄/夹层、动脉瘤、动脉炎以及血管畸形； 2）偏头痛/血管痉挛、药物滥用； 3）接受静脉溶栓或机械取栓的患者、接受球囊扩张或/和支架等血管内治疗的患者； 4）有糖尿病、高血压、冠心病、恶性肿瘤等基础疾病； 5）头颈部既往放疗； 6）房颤、心内血栓、人工心脏瓣（二尖瓣或主动脉、生物或机械）、心脏粘液瘤或其他心脏肿瘤、中度或重度二尖瓣狭窄、4周内心肌梗死、瓣膜赘生物或感染性心内膜炎； 7）由于运动伪影或MRI序列不完整，导致图像较差。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Head and neck MRA showed carotid artery stenosis/dissection, aneurysm, arteritis and vascular malformation; 2) migraine/vasospasm, drug abuse; 3) patients receiving intravenous thrombolysis or mechanical thrombectomy, patients receiving endovascular therapy such as balloon dilation and/or stents; 4) Have underlying diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, malignant tumors, etc.; 5) previous radiotherapy of the head and neck; 6) Atrial fibrillation, intracardiac thrombosis, artificial heart valve (mitral valve or aorta, biological or mechanical), cardiac myxoma or other cardiac tumor, moderate or severe mitral stenosis, 4-week myocardial infarction, valvular vegetation or infective endocarditis; 7) Poor images due to motion artifacts or incomplete MRI sequences.
