研究目的：

（1）确定营养不良是否与腹部手术后SSI的发生存在相关性。 （2）通过二代测序等方法阐明营养不良致腹部手术后SSI发生是否存在差异表达基因。 （3）结合小鼠动物模型，鉴定论证营养不良是通过哪些蛋白表达和/或代谢产物的变化导致术后SSI的发生。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To determine whether malnutrition is associated with the occurrence of SSI after abdominal surgery. (2) Next-generation sequencing and other methods were used to elucidate whether there were differentially expressed genes in the occurrence of SSI after abdominal surgery caused by malnutrition. (3) Combined with mouse animal models, identify and demonstrate which protein expressions and/or metabolites lead to the occurrence of postoperative SSI due to malnutrition.

纳入标准：

第一部分：①常见腹部手术患者（胃肠手术和肝胆胰手术）；②年龄≥18岁；③临床资料完善；④知情同意，自愿参与本研究。 第二部分：①基于第一部分研究确认的高危人群类型，选择该类型人群中营养不良的患者；②年龄≥18岁；③临床资料完善；④知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Part1:(1) Common abdominal surgery patients (gastrointestinal surgery and hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery);(2) age≥18 years old, (3) complete clinical data, (4) informed consent, voluntary participation in this study. Part2:(1) Based on the types of high-risk groups identified in the first part of the study, malnourished patients in this type of population were selected; (2) Age≥ 18 years old; (3) Complete clinical data; (4) Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

第一部分：①严重精神异常或意识障碍无法配合者；②合并感染性疾病、代谢性疾病和/或慢性病者；③术前和/或术后30天内进行化疗、放疗等其他特殊治疗者；④术后行造口或并发吻合口瘘的患者。 第二部分：①严重精神异常或意识障碍无法配合者；②合并感染性疾病、代谢性疾病和/或慢性病者；③术前和/或术后30天内进行化疗、放疗等其他特殊治疗者；④术后行造口或并发吻合口瘘的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Part1:(1) Those who are severely mentally abnormal or unable to cooperate with consciousness disorders; (2) Patients with infectious diseases, metabolic diseases and/or chronic diseases; (3) Those who undergo chemotherapy, radiotherapy and other special treatments before surgery and/or within 30 days after surgery; (4) Patients with postoperative stoma or concurrent anastomotic leakage.
