研究目的：

本项目拟对比固定矫治器患者和隐形矫治器患者的牙菌斑及牙周健康情况，对青少年正畸人群进行冲牙器使用方法的指导，探究使用冲牙器是否能够对其牙菌斑控制和牙周健康情况有所改善，阐明冲牙器在正畸人群中应用的优势。整合上述研究结果，本项目最终研究目标为总结、建立一种高效、舒适、安全且适应症广的标准化正畸治疗口腔卫生维护程序（SOP），对临床应用进行理论指导，提高正畸青少年的口腔清洁效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to compare the dental plaque and periodontal health of patients with fixed appliances and patients with clear aligners, to guide the use of dental irrigators in adolescent orthodontic patients, to explore whether the use of dental irrigators can improve their dental plaque control and periodontal health, and to clarify the advantages of the application of dental irrigators in orthodontic patients. Based on the above research results, the final research goal of this project is to summarize and establish an efficient, comfortable, safe and wide indication standardized orthodontic treatment oral hygiene maintenance procedure (SOP), to provide theoretical guidance for clinical application, and to improve the oral cleaning effect of orthodontic adolescents.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 佩戴固定矫治器/隐形矫治器矫治器； 2) 全身健康状况良好，有日常刷牙习惯； 3) 有20颗以上可检测的天然牙（除第三磨牙），且每个象限至少有5颗天然牙； 4) 受试者有牙龈炎，检查至少有20个牙龈出血位点； 5) Turesky改良Quigley-Hein菌斑指数MPI≥1.5； 6) 签署知情同意书，能按要求完成临床试验。

Inclusion criteria

1) wearing fixed appliances/clear aligners 2) good general health and daily brushing habits 3) have more than 20 detectable natural teeth (except the third molar) and at least 5 natural teeth in each quadrant 4) subjects had gingivitis with at least 20 gingival bleeding sites 5) Turesky modified Quigley-Hein plaque index MPI≥1.5 6) sign the informed consent and be able to complete the clinical trial as required.

排除标准：

1) 有牙周炎史或牙龈退缩； 2) 正在使用或筛选期间需要使用抗生素、非甾体类抗炎药物； 3) 口腔内有粘膜病变、软硬组织肿瘤； 4) 研究者认为其全身和口腔状况不适合参加此研究的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) history of periodontitis or gingival recession 2) antibiotics or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (nsaids) are being used or need to be used during screening 3) oral mucosal lesions, soft and hard tissue tumors 4) General and oral conditions deemed by the investigator to be inappropriate for the study subjects.
