研究目的：

评价中药“消肿促愈汤”对于肛瘘术后患者术后并发症及创面恢复的临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine "Xiaozhong Jianyu Tang" on postoperative complications and wound recovery in patients with anal fistula surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合《中医病证诊断疗效标准》肛瘘诊断标准；②年龄在18至 65岁；③既往无肛门形态功能异常；④无手术禁忌症，并同意手术治疗者；⑤术后未使用其他和本病相关的外用药物；⑥能遵循医嘱坚持治疗并能定期复诊者。

Inclusion criteria

① Conforming to the diagnostic criteria for anal fistula in accordance with the "Diagnostic Efficacy Standards for Traditional Chinese Medicine Diseases"; ② Aged between 18 and 65 years old; ③ No previous abnormal anal morphology and function; ④ Those who have no contraindications to surgery and agree to surgical treatment; ⑤ Not using other topical drugs related to this disease after surgery; ⑥ Those who can adhere to medical advice and receive regular follow-up visits.

排除标准：

①严重心脑肝肾疾病、营养不良、贫血、内分泌紊乱、慢性腹泻、肛周皮肤病、造血系统疾病、直肠脱垂、肛门直肠神经官能症，肿瘤放化疗、精神病患者等不能耐受手术及影响术后创面愈合的疾病。②妊娠期、月经期及哺乳期妇女。③合并有结核、癌肿及克罗恩病者；④伴有糖尿病等代谢系统病症而影响伤口愈合者；⑤用药过程中对药物不能耐受或过敏体质、疤痕体质者；⑥不符合纳入标准，未按时复诊，无法判定疗效或资料不全者；⑦实验对象依从性差，没有按要求换药，可能影响药物疗效者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Severe heart, brain, liver and kidney diseases, malnutrition, anemia, endocrine disorders, chronic diarrhea, perianal skin diseases, hematopoietic system diseases, rectal prolapse, anorectal neurosis, tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy, psychiatric patients, and other diseases that cannot tolerate surgery and affect postoperative wound healing Pregnant, menstrual, and lactating women Patients with tuberculosis, cancer, and Crohn's disease; ④ Patients with metabolic system diseases such as diabetes that affect wound healing; ⑤ Individuals who are unable to tolerate or allergic to drugs during the medication process, or have scar constitution; ⑥ Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria, fail to undergo follow-up on time, cannot determine the efficacy, or have incomplete information; ⑦ The experimental subjects have poor compliance and did not change their dressing as required, which may affect the drug efficacy.
