研究目的：

识别老年肌肉衰减症患者的肠-肌轴相关生物标志物。探究合生元联合乳清蛋白的营养干预对于老年肌肉衰减症患者的肌肉状况、炎症、代谢水平和临床结局的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To identify gut-muscle axis-related biomarkers in elderly patients with sarcopenia. To explore the effects of nutritional intervention including synbiotics combined with whey protein on muscle, inflammation, metabolic homeostasis and clinical outcome of elderly patients with sarcopenia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄在65岁及以上，性别不限； 2. 具有沟通和认知能力，能够配合完成研究所需指标测量和问卷调查； 3. 符合AWGS2019对于肌肉衰减症的诊断标准； 4. 获得知情同意，同意参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 65 and older, no gender limitation; 2.Have communication and cognitive abilities, can cooperate with the measurement and questionnaire survey; 3.Meets AWGS2019 diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia; 4.Obtain informed consent to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1. 严重合并症，包括重要脏器严重器质性病变（心脏、肝脏、肺、肾、胃肠道），免疫系统、血液系统慢性疾病或恶性肿瘤； 2. 患有神经-肌肉相关疾病（如重症肌无力、进行性肌营养不良症、帕金森病等）； 3. 无自主活动能力； 4. 近6周内服用过抗生素、益生菌等其他可能影响肠道菌群的药物； 5. 身体内植入电子设备或金属物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe comorbidities, including severe organic lesions of important organs (heart, liver, lungs, kidneys, gastrointestinal tract), chronic diseases or malignant tumors of the immune and blood systems; 2. Suffering from neuromuscular related diseases (such as myasthenia gravis, progressive muscular dystrophy, Parkinson's disease, etc.); 3.Immobility; 4.Have taken antibiotics, probiotics and other medications that may affect the gut microbiota in the last 6 weeks; 5.Implants of electronic devices or metal objects in the body.
