研究目的：

1.分析调查对象的饮水量和饮水行为、排尿量和排尿行为等。 2.分析调查对象每日饮水量与尿液量及尿液渗透压等指标之间的关系，为对青年大学生开展针对性的饮水教育提供资料。 3.研究不同地理分区调查对象饮水量、饮水类型之间的差异。 4.为我国人群饮水量修订提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To analyze the water consumption and drinking behavior, urine volume, and urination behavior of the survey subjects. 2. To analyze the relationship between daily water consumption and urine volume and urine osmolality and other indicators of the survey subjects, so as to provide information for targeted water education for young college students. 3. To study the differences between the amount and type of drinking water of the survey subjects in different geographic regions. 4. To provide a reference basis for the revision of water consumption of our population.

纳入标准：

年龄在18~23岁之间的健康在校大学生。 无吸烟史，无酗酒习惯。 纳入标准：无口腔、内分泌、心脏、肾脏等疾病或其他慢性疾病等。 剔除标准：有口腔、内分泌、心脏、肾脏等疾病或其他慢性疾病等。 要求健康、无重大慢性疾病（如糖尿病、高血压、肾病、肝病）。

Inclusion criteria

Healthy college students between the ages of 18 and 23. No history of smoking and no alcoholic habits. Inclusion criteria: no oral, endocrine, cardiac, renal diseases or other chronic diseases, etc. Exclusion criteria: having oral, endocrine, cardiac, renal diseases or other chronic diseases, etc. Health and no major chronic diseases (such as diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease, liver disease) are required.
