研究目的:

为了合理优化医疗资源,本研究通过与医院现有超声诊断仪对照,进行前瞻性地评估基于自动扫查超声机器人系统在甲状腺、颈动脉及腹部检查中的临床可行性和准确性,拟为临床,特别是医疗资源落后的偏远地区提供一种能够提高超声筛查便捷性的超声检查系统。  

Objectives of Study:

In order to optimize the medical resources, this study prospectively evaluated the clinical feasibility and accuracy of the ultrasound robot system in thyroid, carotid artery and abdomen examination by comparing with the existing ultrasound diagnostic equipment in our hospital, aiming to provide an ultrasound examination system that can improve the convenience of ultrasound screening in clinical practice, especially in remote areas with backward medical resources.

纳入标准:

(a) 年龄18岁-80岁的需要进行甲状腺/颈动脉/消化系统和泌尿系统超声检查的患者; (b) 同意参与该试验,均签署知情同意书的患者。

Inclusion criteria

(a) Patients aged 18-80 years requiring thyroid/carotid/digestive and urinary ultrasound; (b) Patients who provided written informed consent to participate in the trial.

排除标准:

1.患者中途突出的。

Opinions of two physicians with more than 10 years of ultrasound examination experience.

指标试验(即本研究的待评估诊断试验,无论为方法、生物标志物或设备,均请列出名称):

甲状腺结节的检出率及TI-RADS分类、颈动脉斑块检出率及分层、肝及泌尿系统疾病的检出率及良恶性分类、机器人留存图像的质量;常规AI软件帮助分析机器人存图的效率;患者或家属对超声机器人及AI是否能接受。

Index test:

The detection rate of thyroid nodules and TI-RADS classification, the detection rate and stratification of carotid plaque, the detection rate of liver and urinary system diseases and benign and malignant classification, and the quality of robot retained images were analyzed. Conventional AI software helps to analyze the efficiency of the robot's image saving. Whether patients or their families can accept ultrasound robot and AI.

该研究纳入3个不同的医疗机构。研究总样本量计划为不超过1944例,3个医疗机构各不超过648例(包括四个检查部位,每个检查部位不超过162例,如甲状腺/颈动脉/消化系统/泌尿系统),后续会对不同部位的检查分不同队列进行分别分析。在检查过程中,每个受试者同时采用常规超声和自动扫查超声机器人两种检查方式。

Target condition (The target condition is a particular disease or disease stage that the index test will be intended to identify. Please specify the characteristics in detail; the population should has a complete spectrum and good representative):

Three different health care Settings were included in the study. The total study sample size was planned to be no more than 1944 patients, with 648 patients at each of the three institutions (no more than 162 patients at each of the four examination sites (e.g., thyroid/carotid/digestive/urinary), with separate cohorts for each examination site. During the examination, each subject was examined by conventional ultrasound and automatic scan ultrasound robot at the same time.
