研究目的：

（1）获得MBAT对海洛因依赖病人治疗作用结果，比较与无干预组的临床疗效差异。 （2）获得相关生物学数据，分析细胞因子水平差异，为研究MBAT干预影响的神经保护回路以及由此引起的应激激素和代谢信号通路的变化的开展提供研究基础。 （3）结合精神科疾病实际制定适合精神科患者的MBAT干预内容，推动艺术疗愈在精神科临床治疗中的发展。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Obtain the results of the therapeutic effects of MBAT on heroin-dependent patients and compare the differences in clinical efficacy with the no-intervention group. (2) Obtain relevant biological data, analyze the differences in cytokine levels, and provide a research basis for the study of the neuroprotective circuits affected by MBAT intervention, as well as the resulting changes in stress hormones and metabolic signaling pathways. (3) Combine the actual psychiatric diseases to develop MBAT intervention content suitable for psychiatric patients, and promote the development of art healing in psychiatric clinical treatment.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）通过标准化的量表综合诊断符合美国精神障碍诊断统计手册第五版（DSM-V）对海洛因成瘾的评定标准； （2）没有身体残疾或医疗问题阻止或禁止参加MBAT； （3）年龄在18~60岁； （4）文化程度在小学及以上，且受试者需具备一定的理解能力，能与研究者进行有效沟通，完成研究相关评估内容； （5）不存在其他药物共用依赖； （6）近期未服用精神类药物； （7）未患过精神病或直系亲属无精神病史； （8）患者签署了知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meets the criteria of the United States Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-V) rating for heroin addiction as diagnosed through a combination of standardized scales; (2) Have no physical disability or medical problem preventing or prohibiting participation in the MBAT; (3) Be between the ages of 18 and 60; (4) Literacy level of elementary school and above, and subjects need to have a certain level of understanding and be able to communicate effectively with the researcher to complete the study-related assessment content; (5) No other drug co-dependence; (6) Not taking psychotropic drugs recently; (7) Not having suffered from mental illness or no history of mental illness in the immediate family; (8) Patients signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）不符合上述标准； （2）有精神障碍病史者； （3）不配合、无法沟通者或研究者认为不适合参与研究者。
