研究目的：

明确针刺治疗儿童孤独症谱系障碍的临床疗效和安全性，探索针刺治疗儿童孤独症的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture in the treatment of children with autism spectrum disorder, and explore the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of children with autism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合《精神疾病诊断与统计手册——第5版（2013年）》儿童孤独症的诊断标准； （2）年龄≥3周岁，≤7周岁； （3）CARS评分总分＜37分； （4）必须经监护人签字同意作为受试对象。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for autism in children in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders - 5th Edition (2013); (2) Age ≥3 years old and ≤7 years old; (3) The total score of CARS <37 points; (4) Must be signed by a guardian to consent to be a subject.

排除标准：

（1）患者存在严重躯体疾患或癫痫发作，患有儿童精神分裂症、Heller 综合征和 Rett 综合征者； （2）无EEG禁忌（头皮外伤严重、极度躁动不安等）； （3）对针刺治疗晕针或过敏的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with severe physical disorders or seizures, those with childhood schizophrenia, Heller syndrome, and Rett syndrome; (2) No EEG contraindications (severe scalp trauma, extreme agitation, etc.); (3) Children who are dizzy or allergic to acupuncture treatment.
