研究目的：

了解有UU感染绒毛膜羊膜炎病史的BPD的临床特征及远期结局。 比较有UU感染绒毛膜羊膜炎病史的BPD与无UU感染绒毛膜羊膜炎病史及无绒毛膜羊膜炎病史的BPD的临床特征的差别，并通过随访进一步比较三者之间的差异，从而明确UU感染在决定BPD严重程度及远期预后中的作用，为临床干预早产儿UU感染及防治BPD提供临床证据。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the clinical features and long term outcomes of BPD with UU infection chorioamniotic infection. To compare the clinical features of BPD with and without a history of UU chorioamniotic infection and BPD with and without a history of UU chorioamniotic infection, and to further compare the differences among the three through follow-up, so as to clarify the role of UU infection in determining the severity and long-term prognosis of BPD. To provide clinical evidence for clinical intervention of UU infection and prevention and treatment of BPD in premature infants.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

（1）出生孕周＜32周；（2）达到2018年NICHD关于BPD的诊断标准；（3）孕检或新生儿住院期间行UU检测；（4）临床病历资料完整

Inclusion criteria

(1) Gestational age < 32 weeks; (2) Meet the 2018 NICHD diagnostic criteria for BPD; (3) UU testing during pregnancy or neonatal hospitalization; (4) Complete clinical medical records

排除标准：

（1)患儿存在先天性心、肺畸形及明确的染色体疾病；（2)患儿中途放弃治疗；（3）家属拒绝参加研究，或失访

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The child has congenital heart and lung malformations and definite chromosomal diseases; (2) children give up treatment midway; (3) Family members refused to participate in the study, or lost the visit
