研究目的：

评价针刺干预广泛性焦虑共病成年早期自然发生的部分睡眠剥夺的临床疗效，探索针刺干预对广泛性焦虑共病成年早期自然发生的部分睡眠剥夺认知功能影响的事件相关电位变化。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture intervention for naturally occurring partial sleep deprivation in early adulthood with generalized anxiety co-morbidity, and to explore the event-related potential changes of the effect of acupuncture intervention on cognitive functioning in naturally occurring partial sleep deprivation in early adulthood with generalized anxiety co-morbidity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在 18~25 岁之间； （2）符合以上诊断标准同时伴有平均每晚睡眠时间≤6h 持续30d以上； （3）7项广泛性焦虑障碍量表（GDA-7）≥5 分；221232233324 （4）既往30天内未服用抗焦虑及改善失眠相关药物或接受抗焦虑或改善失眠的针灸治疗； （5）自愿参加临床研究并同意签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged between 18 and 25 years; (2) The above diagnostic criteria were accompanied by an average nightly sleep duration of ≤6h for more than 30d; (3) A score of ≥5 on the 7-item Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GDA-7); (4) Not having taken any anti-anxiety or insomnia medication or received any anti-anxiety or insomnia acupuncture treatment within the past 30 days; (5) Those who volunteered to participate in the clinical study and agreed to sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）器质性精神障碍，或与手术史、精神活性物质相关的焦虑或抑郁； （2）有家族其他精神病史如：痴呆、精神分裂、躁狂、瘾症等； （3）有意识认知障碍无法配合者； （4）有妊娠、备孕或哺乳期； （5）合并有皮损或皮肤病患者、严重糖尿病、肿瘤或严重心血管、肺、肝、肾和造血系统等内科疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Organic mental disorders, or anxiety or depression associated with a history of surgery or psychoactive substances; (2) Family history of other psychiatric disorders such as dementia, schizophrenia, mania, addiction; (3) Those with conscious cognitive impairment who are unable to cooperate; (4) Having pregnancy, preparing for pregnancy or breastfeeding; (5) Those with comorbidities such as skin lesions or patients with skin diseases, severe diabetes, tumors, or severe cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatic, renal, and hematopoietic system and other medical diseases.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

采用计算机简单随机化方法，把估算的样本含量输入SPSS 21.0 统计软件包，生成随机种子、生成随机数字、得到排列顺序转换得到分组结果，制作随机卡片，放入不透光信封密封。临床实施时将合格病例纳入试验的先后顺序对应信封上的序号顺序拆开信封，依照随机卡片上的提示进行分组。

Computerized simple randomization method was used to input the estimated sample content into the SPSS 21.0 statistical software package, generate random seeds, generate random numbers, get the order of conversion to get the grouping results, make random cards, and put them into opaque envelopes for sealing. During clinical implementation, the order of inclusion of qualified cases in the trial corresponded to the order of the serial number on the envelope to open the envelope, in accordance with the prompts on the randomization card for grouping.
