研究目的：

开展高峰教授“辨病-辩证”论治慢性咳嗽中医诊疗方案的临床疗效回顾性研究，初步形成适宜推广应用的中医防治策略。  

Objectives of Study：

A retrospective study was conducted on the clinical efficacy of Professor Gao Feng's traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment plan for chronic cough, which combines disease differentiation and dialectics, to preliminarily form a suitable TCM prevention and treatment strategy for promotion and application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合慢性咳嗽诊断标准； ②胸部影像未见异常； ③年龄18～75岁； ④规律用药1周以上者； ⑤有治疗后复诊资料的患者。

Inclusion criteria

① Meets the diagnostic criteria for chronic cough; ② Chest imaging shows no abnormalities; ③ Age range from 18 to 75 years old; ④ Regular medication for more than one week; ⑤ Patients with follow-up information after treatment.

排除标准：

①临床诊疗资料不全的患者； ②合并恶性肿瘤、严重肝肾功能障碍、严重心脑血管疾病等严重慢性病者； ③未规律用药者； ④病例资料描述不规范，经数据规范化处理后仍不能进行症状积分量化的病例数据。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with incomplete clinical diagnosis and treatment data; ② Patients with severe chronic diseases such as malignant tumors, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, and severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; ③ Irregular medication users; ④ Case data with non-standard descriptions that cannot be quantified through symptom integration even after data normalization processing.
