研究目的：

通过应用临终情境照护虚拟平台对养老机构养老护理员进行培训，评估和明确养老机构养老护理员姑息治疗知识、能力和态度的提升效果。  

Objectives of Study：

By applying the virtual platform of end-of-life situational care to train nursing staff in nursing institutions, the improvement effect of palliative care knowledge, ability and attitude of nursing staff in nursing institutions was evaluated and clarified.

纳入标准：

1.在养老机构为老年人提供最直接的照护至少3个月； 2.年龄18～60岁； 3.具有良好的身心状态和认知能力，能够阅读和清楚表达； 4.会简单使用电脑、智能手机和网络； 5.知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Provide the most direct care for the elderly in a nursing home for at least 3 months; 2. Age 18-60 years old; 3. Have good physical and mental state and cognitive ability, can read and express clearly; 4. Basic ability to use computer, smartphone and Internet; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

1.研究期间未在岗位或即将离开岗位，包括请假、调离、外出进修或即将离职； 2.正在参与其他研究项目或培训。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Not at the post or about to leave the post during the study period, including leave, transfer, study abroad or about to leave the post; 2. Participating in other research projects or training.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

（1）采用分层抽样，根据泸州市四县三区经济社会情况，从其中随机抽取3个地区；（2）采取简单随机抽样，使用SPSS26.0软件生成的随机数从每个地区随机选择4家养老机构。为避免沾染，再使用随机数字表法将各区的4 家养老机构分别随机分入干预组1（4家）干预组2（4家）和对照组（4家）；（3）在各养老机构，分别将所有养老护理员编号，使用随机数字表法分别随机抽取30~35位符合纳排标准的养老护理员。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

(1) Stratified sampling was adopted, according to the economic and social conditions of the four counties and three districts in Luzhou City, 3 regions were randomly selected; (2) Simple random sampling was taken, and random numbers generated by SPSS26.0 software were used to randomly select 4 elderly care institutions from each region. In order to avoid contamination, the four nursing homes in each district were randomly divided into intervention group 1 (4), intervention group 2 (4) and control group 4 (4) by using random number table method. (3) In each nursing institution, all nursing staff were numbered, and 30 to 35 nursing staff meeting the standard were randomly selected using random number table method.
