研究目的：

本课题旨在探索不同眼部疾病前房水蛋白组学改变的致病机制，了解房水中蛋白组学改变对眼部疾病的影响，为眼部疾病的基础研究及临床治疗提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to explore the pathogenic mechanism of aqueous humor proteomic changes before different ocular diseases, understand the influence of aqueous humor proteomic changes on ocular diseases, and provide new ideas for basic research and clinical treatment of ocular diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

确诊为白内障合并Fuchs内皮营养不良、玻璃体变性、高度近视、糖尿病、青光眼、眼底疾病等需行内眼手术的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients diagnosed with cataract, with Fuchs endothelial dystrophy, vitreous degeneration, high myopia, diabetes, glaucoma, fundus diseases and other patients requiring intraocular surgery

排除标准：

既往眼部手术史、既往眼部外伤史、过去3个月使用眼表药物，人工泪液除外、过去3个月佩戴隐形眼镜、已确诊干燥综合征、 类风湿关节炎、已确诊其他外周神经病变，严重全身性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Previous history of eye surgery, previous history of eye trauma, use of eye surface medication in the past 3 months, excluding artificial tears, wearing contact lenses in the past 3 months, confirmed Sjogren's syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, other peripheral neuropathy, and serious systemic diseases.
