研究目的：

主要目的：本研究围绕“基于肠道菌群代谢产物为穴位埋线治疗肥胖的作用机制”这一设想，通过埋线组与假埋线组、等待治疗组临床指标数据比较分析，进一步明确俞募埋线治疗腹型肥胖的临床疗效，探讨俞募埋线对女性腹型肥胖患者的有效肠道菌群代谢产物调节机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: This study centers on the concept of "the mechanism of acupoint embedded line for the treatment of obesity based on the metabolites of intestinal flora", through the comparative analysis of the clinical index data of the embedded line group and the false embedded line group, waiting for the treatment group, to further clarify the clinical efficacy of the abdominal obesity treated by the embedded line, and to explore the mechanism of the regulation of metabolites of intestinal flora of the embedded line for the female patients with abdominal obesity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-45岁，女性，接受义务教育时间≥6年； （2）符合腹型肥胖的诊断标准； （3）同意参加本研究并签署书面知情同意书和穴位埋线知情同意书； （4）三个月内未参加其他试验。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 18-45 years, female, with ≥6 years of compulsory education; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for abdominal obesity; (3) Agreed to participate in this study and signed the written informed consent and acupoint burrowing informed consent; (4) Did not participate in other trials within three months.

排除标准：

（1）极度肥胖的患者（BMI≥40kg/m2）； （2）继发性肥胖症，如: 因内分泌疾病（库欣综合征、甲状腺疾病、下丘脑、垂体疾病、殖腺疾病等）或药物治疗（糖皮质激素、抗精神病药物）引起的肥胖； （3）合并有心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病及其他器质性病变等。或合并原发性高血压病且未能得到有效控制的患者；或有中风等病史且在3个月内不能通过运动进行体重控制的患者； （4）合并有重大精神心理创伤史、严重的精神、神经疾病无法合作或不愿合作的患者； （5）有出血倾向，对酒精、动物蛋白过敏或有免疫性疾病者； （6）妊娠和哺乳期妇女，近6个月内有生育要求或不能充分避孕者； （7）曾有肥胖症的手术治疗史； （8）3个月内接受其他减肥方法或参加过类似研究者； （9）既往经历过主要肠道切除手术或胃肠道大手术者； （10）近3个月服用抗生素持续3天及以上者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Extremely obese patients (BMI ≥ 40 kg/m2); (2) Secondary obesity, such as obesity caused by endocrine diseases (Cushing's syndrome, thyroid disease, hypothalamus, pituitary disease, colonial gland disease, etc.) or medication (glucocorticoids, antipsychotics); (3) Combined with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal and hematopoietic systems, and other organic pathologies. Or patients with primary hypertension that cannot be effectively controlled; or patients with a history of stroke or other diseases that cannot be controlled by exercise within 3 months; (4) Patients with a combined history of major psychiatric trauma, severe mental or neurological disorders who are unable or unwilling to cooperate; (5) Patients with bleeding tendencies, allergies to alcohol, animal proteins, or immune disorders; (6) Pregnant and lactating women who have had a request for childbearing within the last 6 months or who are unable to adequately contracept; (7) Patients with a history of surgical treatment for obesity ; (8) Those who have received other methods of weight loss within 3 months or have participated in a similar study; (9) Those who have undergone previous major intestinal resection or major gastrointestinal surgery; (10) Those who have taken antibiotics for 3 days or more in the last 3 months.
