研究目的：

研究磺达肝癸钠(FPX)预防膝关节置换术(TKA)后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy and safety of fondaparinux (FPX) in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) after total knee arthroplasty (TKA)

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)试验前所有患者均经超声检查下肢深静脉血栓为阴性；(2)膝关节置换术手术指征明确，初次行单侧TKA的患者；(3)既往凝血功能正常且无血液系统疾病；(4)既往无血管栓塞性疾病；(5)既往未使用过任何抗凝药物；(6)其他各项实验室检查正常；(7)术前1周未使用其他促凝或抗凝药物。

Inclusion criteria

(1) All patients were negative for lower extremity DVT by ultrasound examination before the trial; (2) The operation indication of knee joint replacement was clear, and the unilateral TKA was done with the first time; (3) The previous coagulation function was normal and there was no hematological disease; (4) All patients with no previous vascular embolic disease; (5) All patients with no history of anticoagulant use; (6) All patients with normal result in other laboratory tests; (7) No other procoagulant or anticoagulant drugs were used one week before surgery.

排除标准：

(1)其他严重器质性病变；(2)输血史、严重出血倾向者、局部或全身存在近期无法控制之感染者；(3)近3月内膝关节曾有侵入性操作；(4)有其他手术禁忌不适宜手术者；(5)精神疾病类患者；(6)对试验药物过敏者；(7)术前双下肢血管彩超发现有DVT征象者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The patients with other severe organic diseases; (2) The patients with blood transfusion history, severe bleeding tendency, local or systemic infection that could not be controlled in the near future; (3) The patients with invasive operation of knee joint in the past three months; (4) The patients with other contraindications who were not suitable for operation; (5) The patients with mental illness; (6) The patients who were allergic to the test drug; (7) Preoperative parasis of both lower extremities found to have signs of DVT.
