研究目的：

通过采集和分析青年慢性非特异腰痛患者和健康正常人的步态和平衡，为建立正常人的步态、平衡参数模型提供数据参考。发现腰痛患者步态、平衡的参数异常，找出敏感功能特征指标，为病因明确、康复治疗以及预防提供线索与依据，进而为患者的症状减轻、功能恢复与重建、快速精准康复等提供诊治方向。此外，对采集患者和健康人的步态和平衡数据各自进行分析，试图找到步态与平衡之间相关性，为后续的相关研宄提供参考并开拓了思路。  

Objectives of Study：

To collect and analyze the gait and balance parameters of young patients with chronic non-specific low back pain and healthy people, and to provide data reference for the establishment of gait and balance parameter models of normal people. To find out the abnormal gait and balance parameters of patients with low back pain, find out the sensitive functional characteristics, and provide clues and basis for the etiology, rehabilitation treatment and prevention, and then provide diagnosis and treatment direction for the alleviation of symptoms, functional recovery and reconstruction, rapid and accurate rehabilitation of patients. In addition, the gait and balance data of patients and healthy people were collected and analyzed separately, trying to find the correlation between gait and balance, which provided reference and open up ideas for subsequent related research.

纳入标准：

A.青年慢性非特异性腰痛志愿者纳入标准：①年龄20-29岁；②有3个月以上慢性腰痛病史；③过去3个月里至少复发过一次腰痛，或一直间断性地出现腰痛；④无腰痛家族史；⑤经医生诊断，没有明确的特异性下腰痛，如滑脱、椎间盘突出、炎症性疾病等；⑥了解试验过程，自愿参与试验并签署知情同意书。 B.无腰痛健康青年人纳入标准：①年龄20-29岁；②无腰痛史；③无运动系统疾病；④了解试验过程，自愿参与试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

A. Inclusion criteria of young volunteers with chronic non-specific low back pain: ① Age 20-29 years old; ② A history of chronic low back pain for more than 3 months; ③ Recurrent low back pain at least once in the past 3 months, or intermittent low back pain; ④ no family history of low back pain; ⑤ no specific low back pain, such as spondylolisthesis, disc herniation, inflammatory disease, etc.; ⑥ understand the trial process, voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent. B. Inclusion criteria of healthy young people without low back pain: ① age 20-29 years old; ② no history of low back pain; ③ no motor system disease; ④ Understand the trial process, voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①有特异性诊断的下腰痛：例如滑脱、椎间盘突出、炎症性疾病；②有严重的心脑血管疾病等；③涉及腰椎手术；④在过去的2年内有过任何下肢手术；⑤目前有任何影响步态、平衡的损伤；⑥测试24h内参加过剧烈运动。

Exclusion criteria：

①low back pain with specific diagnosis: e.g., spondylolisthesis, disc herniation, inflammatory disease; ② serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;③umbar surgery; ④any lower limb surgery in the past 2 years; ⑤ any current injury affecting gait and balance; ⑥ participated in strenuous exercise within 24 hours of the test.
