研究目的：

观察电针加西药治疗腰椎间盘突出致坐骨神经痛的临床疗效观察  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture plus western medicine on sciatica caused by lumbar disc herniation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18～75岁，性别不限； （2）符合腰椎间盘突出致根性坐骨神经痛的诊断标准； （3）疼痛视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分＞3分； （4）能配合检查及治疗，能理解和配合填写调查问卷、量表，自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18-75 years old, gender is not limited; (2) It meets the diagnostic criteria of root sciatica caused by lumbar disc herniation; (3) Pain Visual analogue Scale (VAS) score > 3; (4) Can cooperate with examination and treatment, can understand and cooperate with filling in questionnaires and scales, voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent;

排除标准：

（1）不符合纳入标准者； （2）经骨科医生诊断需要绝对手术治疗的患者； （3）腰椎间盘等脊柱手术史； （4）参与其他临床研究； （5）术前有阿片成瘾或长期服用疼痛药物的患者； （6）合并严重的心脑血管、肝、肾等危重疾病以及精神病患者难以配合的患者； （7）妊娠期和哺乳期妇女； （8）皮肤损伤及过敏体质等不适合针刺治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria; (2) Patients diagnosed by an orthopaedic surgeon as needing absolute surgical treatment; (3) History of spinal surgery such as lumbar disc; (4) Participate in other clinical studies; (5) Patients with pre-operative opioid addiction or long-term use of pain medications; (6) Patients with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and other critical diseases and mental patients who are difficult to cooperate; (7) Pregnant and lactating women; (8) Patients with skin injuries and allergies who are not suitable for acupuncture treatment.
