研究目的：

（1）通过芯片检测分析POD患者和NPOD患者的circ RNAs表达是否有差异；（2）分析差异性表达circ RNAs在细胞、分子及生理过程中的影响；（3）分析相关circ RNAs在POD发生发展中的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

(1)Array detection was used to analyze whether there was a difference in the expression of circ RNAs between POD patients and NPOD patients (2)To analyze the effects of differentially expressed circRNAs on cellular, molecular and physiological processes (3)To analyze the mechanism of related circRNAs in the occurrence and development of POD.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥65岁；ASAⅠ~Ⅲ级；计划在全麻下行髋关节置换术；知情同意，愿意接受随访

Inclusion criteria

Age≥ 65 years; ASAI.~III. Planned hip arthroplasty under general anesthesia; Informed consent, willing to undergo follow-up.

排除标准：

曾经接受全髋关节置换术者；术前简易精神状态检查（MMSE）评分小于24分；精神疾病或中枢神经系统疾病患者；术前不能或拒绝完成神经心理检查的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those who have undergone total hip arthroplasty; The preoperative Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score is less than 24 points; Patients with psychiatric disorders or central nervous system diseases; Patients who are unable or refuse to complete a neuropsychological examination preoperatively.
