研究目的：

修复前和修复中记录修复相关面部、颞下颌关节、无牙颌软硬组织与心理预期情况、收集模型与印模数据；修复后采集咀嚼效率和满意度等主客观指标。旨在研究临床疗效与潜在影响因素之间的相关性，为全口义齿修复提供指导。  

Objectives of Study：

Collect the relevant data for denture fabrication, including facial, temporomandibular joint, soft and hard tissue of edentulous jaw situation, psychological expectation, model and impression data before and during denture restoration. Subjective and objective indicators such as masticatory efficiency and satisfaction are collected post-restoration. This study aims to explore the correlations between clinical effect and potential associated factors, so as to provide guidance for complete denture restoration.

纳入标准：

上下颌牙列缺失（符合世界卫生组织制定的诊断标准） 有全口义齿修复需求 对临床实验具有良好耐受和配合

Inclusion criteria

1. Maxillary and mandibular dentition loss (in line with the diagnostic criteria set by the World Health Organization) 2.Requirements for complete denture restoration 3.Good tolerance and cooperation to clinical trials

排除标准：

伴有口腔颌面系统其他严重的疾病 妊娠、哺乳等特殊时期女性牙列缺失患者 患有恶性肿瘤及免疫、精神、血液等严重系统疾病者

Exclusion criteria：

1.With other serious diseases of oral and maxillofacial system 2.Female patients during pregnancy, lactation and other special periods 3.Suffering from malignant tumor,immune,mental,blood and other serious system diseases
