研究目的：

分析脉血康联合迈之灵治疗脑卒中患者下肢静脉血栓的疗效，为中西医结合治疗脑卒中患者下肢静脉血栓用药方案提供客观依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, by analyzing the efficacy of Maixuekang combined with Maizhiling in the treatment of stroke patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis, it could provide an objective basis for the treatment of lower extremity venous thrombosis in stroke patients with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 参照 2010 版《中国脑血管病防治指南》，并经头颅计算机断层扫描(CT)或磁共振成像(MRI)诊断为脑梗死或脑出血患者， 处于恢复期(病程2周至6个月)，病情基本稳定；② 经双下肢静脉彩色多普勒超声确诊下肢静脉血栓的患者。

Inclusion criteria

① Referring to the 2010 edition of "Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases in China", and diagnosed with cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage by head computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), patients was in the recovery period (duration from 2 weeks to 6 months) with the condition basically stable. ② Patients had lower extremity venous thrombosis diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasonography.

排除标准：

① 急性期病情进展中或生命体征不稳定的患者；② 严重认知功能障碍、视听及言语障碍、昏迷、精神病或卒中后抑郁患者； ③ 有酗酒史及精神类药物依赖史患者；④ 合并恶性肿瘤、脑肿瘤、脑外伤、其他血液系统疾病患者；⑤ 严重心、肺、肝、肾功能损伤患者；⑥ 合并其他导致凝血功能障碍疾病或严重凝血功能障碍患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with progressive stroke or unstable vital signs in the acute stage, ② Patients with severe cognitive impairment, audio-visual and speech impairment, coma, mental illness or post-stroke depression, ③ Patients with history of alcoholism and psychotropic drug dependence, ④ Patients with malignant tumors, brain tumors, brain trauma, and other blood system diseases, ⑤ Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, and renal insufficiency, ⑥ Patients with other or severe coagulation disorders.
