研究目的：

(1)基于风险预测模型构建乳腺癌生存者心理社会适应同伴支持干预模式 (2)探讨同伴支持干预模式对乳腺癌生存者心理社会适应的作用效果  

Objectives of Study：

(i)Based on Risk Prediction Models, to construct a Peer Support Intervention Model for Psychosocial Adjustment of Women with Breast Cancer (ii)To Explore the Effects of a Peer Support Intervention Model on the Psychosocial Adjustment of Women with Breast Cancer

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①病理诊断为乳腺癌； ②年龄19~59岁； ③知晓自身病情及乳腺癌诊断； ④自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书； ⑤具有小学及以上文化程度，具有一定听说读写能力，能独立填写测量问卷。

Inclusion criteria

① Pathological diagnosis of breast cancer. ② Age 18 to 59 years old. ③ Awareness of own condition and diagnosis of breast cancer. ④ Willingness to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form. ⑤ With a primary school education or higher, with a certain level of speaking, reading, and writing ability, and able to independently complete the measurement questionnaire.

排除标准：

①病理分期为Ⅳ期 ②采用新辅助化疗的； ③存在视听障碍无法交流者； ④合并其他严重危及生命的疾病及精神障碍者； ⑤发生复发或转移，或既往有恶性肿瘤病史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Pathological staging of stage IV. ② Undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy. ③ Individuals with hearing or visual impairments that hinder communication. ④ With other life-threatening diseases or mental disorders. ⑤ With recurrence or metastasis, or a history of malignant tumors.

获取随机数字表并进行分组：利用SPSS产生随机数字表，进而重新编码生成对照组与干预组，并将序号与观察单位编码进行对应。

盲法：

本研究的干预方式难以对干预者与干预对象设盲，同时由于主要结局为自评量表也难以对评价者设盲，因此仅对统计分析人员设盲。

Blinding：

The intervention approach in this study makes it difficult to implement blinding for both the interveners and participants. Additionally, since the primary outcome is self-assessment scales, it is also challenging to blind the participants. Therefore, only the statistical analysts were blinded in this study.
