研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是评估高压氧治疗对于已治愈的新冠肺炎患者在康复期间仍然出现的长新冠症状的改善效果。考虑到一部分新冠肺炎康复患者在病毒清除后仍面临多种持续性症状，如呼吸困难、疲劳和认知功能障碍等，本研究致力于探索高压氧治疗是否能够有效改善这些长期症状，从而提升患者的生活质量。通过科学的研究设计和严谨的数据分析，旨在为新冠康复期患者的后续治疗提供有效的临床证据和指导。  

Objectives of Study：

The main objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in improving long-term symptoms persisting during the recovery phase in patients who have recovered from COVID-19. Considering that a subset of COVID-19 recovery patients still faces various persistent symptoms post-virus clearance, such as difficulty breathing, fatigue, and cognitive dysfunction, this study aims to explore whether hyperbaric oxygen therapy can effectively alleviate these long-term symptoms, thereby enhancing the quality of life for patients. Through scientific research design and rigorous data analysis, the study seeks to provide effective clinical evidence and guidance for subsequent treatment of COVID-19 recovery patients.

纳入标准：

1.北京市符合《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案（试行第十版）》中诊断标准的确诊并治愈病例；2.本人或委托代理人理解整个研究目的，自愿参加研究并签署知情同意书；3.同意收集临床样本。

Inclusion criteria

1. Confirmed cases in Beijing Municipality that meet the diagnostic criteria outlined in the "Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol for Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia (Trial Version 10)", and have subsequently recovered. 2. The participant or their authorized representative understands the purpose of the entire study, voluntarily agrees to participate, and signs the informed consent form. 3. Agrees to the collection of clinical samples.

排除标准：

1.未满18岁； 2.患有慢性阻塞性肺疾病、气胸、胸膜炎、耳蜗炎或鼓室炎、癫痫者； 3.目前处于急性呼吸道感染者；患有危及生命的心血管疾病，如未经控制的高血压、心肌梗塞等； 4.患有精神疾病者；患有幽闭恐惧症者； 5.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 6.拒绝参加定期评估；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Under 18 years of age; 2. Suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumothorax, pleurisy, labyrinthitis or otitis media, epilepsy; 3. Currently experiencing acute respiratory tract infections; Suffering from life-threatening cardiovascular diseases, such as uncontrolled hypertension, myocardial infarction, etc.; 4. Suffering from mental illness; Suffering from claustrophobia; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Refusing to participate in regular assessments.

高压氧治疗组将接受为期2周及以上的治疗，每周5次，全程2小时，使用2 ATA。样本量未确定，由于这种干预治疗措施相对较新，目前尚无针对新冠康复后仍遭遇呼吸困难患者的相关研究。因此，本研究计划首先拟开展一项预实验，拟各组分别纳入20例受试者，观察受试者症状改善的情况。基于预实验的结果，我们将进一步计算所需的样本量，以进行更深入的研究。
