研究目的：

1.回顾性收集患者的变量数据，通过单因素和多因素分析筛选高危因素，并建立ASD儿童睡眠障碍的风险预测模型； 2.收集验证组患者数据，评判本研究构建的预测模型区别能力。  

Objectives of Study：

1.The variable data of the patients were collected retrospectively, and the risk factors were screened by univariate and multivariate analysis, and a risk prediction model for sleep disorders in children with ASD was established. 2.Collect data validation group of patients, evaluation of this study was to build the prediction model is the difference between ability.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

儿童纳入标准： ①儿童符合《精神障碍诊断和统计手册》DSM-5中ASD的诊断标准，并经儿科医生明确诊断；②儿童年龄≥3岁，但<18岁。 父母纳入标准： ①与儿童共同生活居住；②能够正常沟通，已完成知情同意相关流程。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for children: ① The children met the diagnostic criteria of ASD in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) and were diagnosed by pediatricians; ② children aged ≥3 years, but < 18 years old. Inclusion criteria for parents: ①living with children; ② Able to communicate normally and have completed the relevant process of informed consent.

排除标准：

儿童排除标准： ①有任何严重先天性疾病病史；②伴有重大躯体疾病，严重外伤史能影响生长发育的情况；③近两周内正在服用可能干扰其自然睡眠结构的药物（比如褪黒激素、抗组胺药、可乐定、氯硝西泮、5-羟色氨、抗抑郁药等）；④经医生诊断为呼吸暂停综合征等原发性睡眠疾病。 父母排除标准： ①未雇佣保姆照顾ASD儿童；②有重大躯体疾病；③有精神病史。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for children: ①any serious congenital disease; ② accompanied with serious physical diseases, severe trauma history can affect growth and development; ③ taking medications (e.g., melatonin, antihistamines, clonidine, clonazepam, serotonin, antidepressants, etc.) that may interfere with their natural sleep structure within the past two weeks; ④ Primary sleep disorders such as apnea syndrome diagnosed by doctors. Exclusion criteria for parents: ① no babysitter was employed to care for children with ASD; ② serious physical diseases; ③ History of mental illness.
