研究目的：

本项目拟基于县域高血压分级诊疗体系，应用远程医疗技术，以社区高血压在管人群为突破，在杭州市试点建立OSA筛查、监护、诊断、治疗、随访管理新模式，将OSA诊疗服务与现行高血压管理服务深度整合为探索建立适宜我国慢性病管理体系的OSA整合医疗模式提供宝贵经验  

Objectives of Study：

This project is based on the county hypertension grading diagnosis and treatment system, applies telemedicine technology, and takes hypertension in the community as a breakthrough to establish a new model of OSA screening, monitoring, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up management in Hangzhou. The deep integration of OSA diagnosis and treatment service with the current hypertension management service provides valuable experience for exploring the establishment of OSA integrated medical model which is suitable for the management system of chronic diseases in China.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥50岁 2.男性常住居民 3.近四周高血压用药未发生改变 4.AHI≥ 15 次/小时

Inclusion criteria

1.age >=50 years 2.Male permanent resident 3.The use of drugs for hypertension has not changed in the past four weeks 4.AHI>=15 times/hour

排除标准：

1.体重指数 (BMI) ≥ 40 Kg/m2 2.OSA治疗过 3.轮班工作 4.既往中风、心肌梗塞患者 5.其它不适宜进行持续正压通气（CPAP）治疗的情况

Exclusion criteria：

1.BMI≥ 40 Kg/m2 2. OSA has been treated 3.Shift work 4.Patients with previous stroke and myocardial infarction 5.Other situations not suitable for CPAP treatment
