研究目的：

蠕形螨是一种人体永久性寄生螨，分别寄居于睫毛囊及皮脂腺内，根据寄居部位分为毛囊蠕形螨及皮脂蠕形螨。蠕形螨通过进出毛囊与皮脂腺活动，可携带细菌，破坏眼表微环境，引起睑缘出现炎性病变，另睑缘炎症反应可累及睑板腺及开口区，导致睑板腺脂质的产生及排出障碍，最终可发展为睑板腺功能障碍等眼表疾病。本研究旨在观察不同治疗方案对蠕形螨感染所致相关眼表疾病的治疗效果  

Objectives of Study：

Demodex is a kind of permanent parasitic mite in human body. It resides in ciliary hair follicles and sebaceous glands respectively, and can be divided into Demodex follicularis and Demodex sebaceous according to the residence site. Demodemoid mites can carry bacteria through the movement in and out of hair follicles and sebaceous glands, destroy the microenvironment of the ocular surface, and cause the inflammatory lesions of the palpebral margin. The inflammatory reaction of the other palpebral margin can involve the meibomian glands and the opening area, resulting in the production and excretion of meibomian glands lipids, and eventually the development of meibomian gland dysfunction and other ocular surface diseases. The objective of this study was to observe the effect of different treatment regimens on ocular surface diseases caused by demodex infection

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合蠕形螨睑缘炎诊断标准：
1、双眼慢性或亚急性病程，有眼红、眼痒、异物感等眼部症状或伴有反复发作、难治性霰粒肿。
2、睫毛异常，睫毛根部脂样袖套状分泌物（具有诊断提示价值），可伴有睑缘充血和肥厚。3.蠕形螨检查阳性。
毛囊蠕形螨检查阳性推荐标准：（1）各期的蠕形螨均计数在内；（2）成人患者在4个眼睑中的任1个眼睑蠕形螨计数达到3条/3根睫毛；（3）小于上述标准为可疑阳性，需结合临床表现，必要时可同时进行其他病原微生物的检查，如细菌、真菌等。同时符合以上3条，可确诊蠕形螨睑缘炎。同时符合前两条，睫毛检出蠕形螨但计数达不到标准，可重复取材及应用活体激光共聚焦显微镜辅助检查；若计数仍达不到标准，可诊断为疑似蠕形螨睑缘炎。仅蠕形螨检出阳性而无临床症状和体征者不诊断蠕形螨睑缘炎

Inclusion criteria

Meet the diagnostic criteria of demodex blepharitis:
1. Chronic or subacute course of binocular disease, with eye symptoms such as red eyes, itching eyes, foreign body sensation, or accompanied by recurrent attacks and refractory chalazion.
2. Abnormal eyelashes, lipid-cuff secretions at the root of eyelashes (with diagnostic value), can be accompanied by blepharon congestion and hypertrophy. 3. Demodex was tested positive.
Recommended criteria for positive Demodex follicularis test: (1) Demodex counts in all stages; (2) In adult patients, demodex counts reached 3 /3 eyelashes in any one of the 4 eyelids; (3) If it is less than the above criteria, it is suspected to be positive, which should be combined with clinical manifestations. If necessary, other pathogenic microorganisms, such as bacteria and fungi, can be examined at the same time. If the above three criteria are met at the same time, the diagnosis of demodex blepharitis can be confirmed. If demodex mites are detected in eyelashes but the count is not up to the standard, the samples can be taken repeatedly and the in vivo confocal laser microscope can be used for auxiliary examination. If the count is still not up to the standard, it can be diagnosed as suspected demodex blepharitis. Demodex blepharitis is not diagnosed only in patients with positive demodex without clinical symptoms and signs

排除标准：

（1）患有全身免疫性疾病者；（2）近期眼部急性感染病史，（3）不能够理解、不能配合治疗者（4）全身严重疾病不耐受治疗者；（5）妊娠及哺乳者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with systemic immune diseases; (2) recent history of acute eye infection, (3) patients who cannot understand or cooperate with treatment, (4) patients with systemic severe disease intolerance to treatment; (5) Pregnancy and breastfeeding
